Friendship Bench Buddies (FBB)

The objective of the FBB is to reduce mental health space by utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy based approach at the Sisters Clinic to address social problems.

• THE LOCATION
• The psychological intervention for depression and anxiety is currently accessible in Mbare Clinic, the DIC as well as online.
• COUNSELORS/BUDDIES
•  With the aid of 13 trained peer Sisters with A Voice psychosocial support is offered to all clients attending Sisters with A Voice Clinics.
• Operating from a bench or online from  0800 – 1630 HRS
